Those appear to be home made, notice there are two different sizes of exhaust pipe, and most manufacturers build our exhaust using a "Y" pipe design, that one is a "U" bend tube welded onto a stock pipe.
Looking for a shifter linkage/rod/shaft not sure of the proper name for it, it's the chrome threaded shaft that connects the shift lever to the transmision, I sold mine with the oem rearsets, now my new rearsets use the oem linkage but I don't have it .
Like other have said, if you respect the throttle and horsepower you'll be fine, it only goes faster than the FZ if make it do so.
You could always offer your friend to swap bikes and go for a test ride, then both of you could expirience a new set of wheels .
You can use the R6 stem, you have 2 options, 1: get a upper bearing crown and race for an R6, or 2: mill the upper portion of R6 stem to match the FZ6 stem, two years ago when I did the swap I milled the R6 stem,it costs more but you can put the FZ6 forks back in when you sell it, plus the R6...
