I have two brothers and my friend tried scorpions. 2bros are pretty much considered the loudest and I have very much enjoyed them since I put them on my 08.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if anything I think the FZ6 is slightly taller than the FZ1. If I were betting, I'd say they're about the same, but whenever I sit on a FZ1 at the dealer it feels a little bit smaller.

Did you go to a cruiser or more cc? I've had thoughts of other bikes too but I have a hard time coming up with a green light to get a different bike. The Fazer really has it all...although some streetfighters I see really get me going...Speed Triple and Ducati's Streetfighter are amazing...

Thanks Pete. I ordered the Corbin seat for the FZ6, gave them my hieght, weight, and inseam, and said I want an all black seat. I don't recall any choices about carbon fiber or patterened leather or anything. Why the question? Is there a problem with the seat?

So you're saying it's give and take? On one hand, you lose the gentle bike that you could ride anywhere and not even think about the sound (75% of riding for me). On the other, when you are being a little more "sporty" (25%), the growl is worth the price of admission?
