I can't believe it's ending. :( I've been sharing my journey with this wonderful bike on here for years. But I have a kid now and I never get to ride any more as I have to take him to work with me and I hate seeing the bike sat in the garage not being used.
I've listed my 2008 Black FZ6 S2...
Cheeky post here, but I'm selling my mounting kit here if that's any use. It allows you to use any Givi Monolock top box with it and also soft panniers as a bonus. There is a 45 litre top box for sale very cheaply here (not mine).
EDIT: just looked at the thread title and realised the one I'm...
I have weighed the stock bar ends. Can't remember the number, but it's on my website sangera2.com in the mods section. I called it reducing my vibes or something.

Awesome reply. That newspaper article is really useful. I'm someone else who did this to increase engine noise and reduce the whine and reversed it because it was too loud. I posted videos of the difference in my site link below if anyone's interested.
I had a calSci 24" screen and loved it. I rode on the motorway every day and needed it bad. I tried stock, cut-down stock and a double-bubble and they were rubbish. I was fed up with the wind trying to throw me off the bike. It's not an R6 and I don't lie flat when I'm going at high speeds. I...
Me likey! Are they official Suzuki ones or third party? I'd love to do something like this, but don't want something that will vibe more than the stock Yamaha ones. If yours are third party and have plastic stalks and the Suzuki ones have metal stalks then they should absorb the vibes better...
You can get the Fazer or FZ6 font. I can't be bothered to look, but it's been posted here. Just search on here or google it. Then just get them printed on Ebay on Vinyl. You can create a PNG/SVG file and email it to them and tell them what dimensions you want it printed.
I totally drained mine as I was changing the lines so there was loads of air in the system I had to flush. Just changing the fluid you don't have the issue of getting rid of air bubbles. If I changed brake fluid often I would get a mityvac like your mechanic. They are awesome.
Sorry, I realised I didn't answer your first question! I tapped the hoses and reservoir and calipers etc with the handle of a screwdriver. As I said before, it really only works of the engine is running though!
I tried knocking the bubbles out and it was still spongy. I did it again with the engine running on the advice of a neighbour and it was great. Had no issues at all afar clearing the bubbles. You can't use normal break lines as the system has weird connections and additional bits. I've had the...
Looks like they will be buzzier by far than the stock bars. You may be getting less wrist paint - but your hands will probably go numb from the vibes. Also, if you buy I would locktite the crap out of those nuts and check them often! There is a reason the stock bar-ends are so heavy, if you tap...
