Love mine. One screw on each can to slip out the DB killers, so depending on your mood you can make a little noise (music to my ears) or put them in to attract less attention. Install was not too hard, aligning the cans was a little tricky.
I ride with the Maryland Sportbike Riders and most of the rides I have been on with them started off of Belair road. Great diverse group of people you ought to check out their Meetup group. They are listed as Gaithersburg but most stuff seems to happen in Baltimore.
A PC3 will help some with low end power (not Night and Day) the other benefit of a PC3 is improved throttle response and overall drive-ability. For dollars spent I thought the PC3 a good deal.

I bought an XS1100 in 1979 brand new kept it for eight years. Had a blast with it. It's kind of funny that the FZ6 is faster with only half the displacement. Technology marches on.
I have some friends that live off of 924 near the detention center. I usually come up Harford road to the rt 1 bypass. I was up that way last week on my black 08

I will be 53 next month and I just got back into riding after a 20 years and I jump on the bike every chance I get. The FZ is docile enough at low RPMS and the relatively low weight and maneuverability make it easy to ride. Too old is a state of mind, old guys need fun too.
