Hi all,
I'm slowly rebuilding my FZ6 to a sleeper and since im getting both new covers i want to go with titanium bolts too. Does anyone have measurements of the needed bolts? I'm not exactly a bolt guy so i have troubles figuring out their size (except length) and the thread width (im...
Just picked up a 2006 FZ6 yesterday. 10k mi on the odo, plastics are great shape and it's never been down. Got a pretty darn good deal for this area considering some seem to think their stored outside, rashed bike with 30k mi on the odo and no maintenance performed is worth $3200 :thumbdown...
Gas is getting into the oil and overfilling the oil reserve tank and constantly fouling my third cylinder spark plug. Here is what a shop has done so far: checked valves, no adjustment needed, did a throttle body sync., adjustment needed and thought this would solve my problem, injector fine...
Not really a 'big trip' per se, but more than a day-ride, so that is progress for me ('05 FZ6 since last October). Leaving on Wednesday (post-work) from Phila PA to my big brother's place in Virginia (Shenandoah Valley), will pick him up on his Suzuki Boulevard and we'll head down towards...
Just got my 04 fz6 a few weeks ago and the clutch lever is super stiff on it. I haven't had this issue with any of my other bikes so never needed to address it. Does anyone else have experience with this problem or have any advice on how to soften the pull on my clutch? Thanks.

So I was reading on hrheim's build in the streetfighter area and seen he added R1 rearsets. I am interested in doing this as well. I understand they need to be squeezed a little bit to fit our spacing, but was wondering what else is needed to be done. I couldn't tell by the pictures, but what is...
For the Tech Folks, take a look and see what they did. Circuit ended up being pretty easy as was the code for the PIC IC used.
Home-made speedo correction circuit - schematics/help needed!
Sadly it kinda stops without a full install conclusion. Date ~ 2010

So I've been working on a project bike for about a year now, I'm at the point where its just loose ends to tidy up before its done. Since its a vintage bike and a bit of a mod/restoration I've had to be a bit creative with parts that aren't available anymore/wont work with the things I've done...
