best DC motorcycle clothing/gear store near Wash DC?

Hey all DC-area riders (including VA/MD) - my brother is going to be in Annapolis in a few days, and will be driving back through DC. He needs to score some boots and pants - big guy/wide feet, so he's preferring to try something on vs. doing mailorder a la Revzilla. Any suggestions for the best place to stop on his way home? This'll be mid-week, so evening hours would be a plus.
