Customise Profile

Is there a help link or a previous topic explaining the function of all the options in "customise profile"?

I don't think so. Just go through all the sections and select which colours, pics etc you want to use.

There is an example right at the bottom explaining what Primary, Secondary, footers... etc are.

Just have a play around, if you don't like it, theres a button at the bottom called "reset fields", hit that and it's back to default.
