I bought this from another member and NEVER installed it. Its being sold "as is". As stated, its been opened and had the baffles removed and then welded shut. See pictures.

On another note:
Shipping calculator fail... Online estimate $19 actual cost via usps was $30. Error on my part for not taking it in before making posting ship to costs.
