Then I said that I would meet at Macca's.. That was the last thing I read earlier, so siad I would meet there.

I'm not fussed, if we don't meet at Macca's Darlington, I'll probably stop at Macca's at Edwardstown for brekky on the way anyway.

Ok, we had a great ride today, Just Stumbles, Ozzieboy, and Me! Did the old Lobethal Road run, about 4 times in total, plus a quick blat up & down Cudlee creek, then home via a little bit of Lobethal road, then took the scenic shortcut back to my joint via Uraidla, Piccadilly, then Upper Sturt Road.

Weather was sensational, compant was great, roads where a little busy, and there were heaps of bikes out, especially at Lobethal.

Just spoke to the Wolfman who is bailing for a bootycall Australia Day but I'm keen to go riding tommorrow if anyone is interested, Yes, I'm talking to you Mikey...But anyone else interested in a patriotic ride on Australia day...Feel free to join in and drop a line....I have also been informed that I have been MODERATED for inappropriate comments and within the allotted time quoted by Jamie...Didn't want to disappoint and it seems I haven't....

Was a good day, heaps of bikes at Lobie, even ran into a couple of old mates that I used to work with. Ya shoulda come Matt!!!

I'll be doing the family thing tomorrow. One of the few days my wife is off work, and the daughter is back to school this week. They've got some music thing on at the local park, put on by the West Torrens council, might head down there during the afternoon.

Mikey will go, any excuse to finish off that rear tyre before next weekend :rof:

I actually said to Jamie that if I knew the route you guys were going to take that I WOULD have come....I figured that if you were meeting at Macca's down south then you would be heading further south...if I knew it was a Lobie run I would have been there with bells on....hindsight is a bitch....thanks for getting back to me tho....Enjoy your day with the better half mate

Yup. You woulda loved it.

As for the tire.....The job's Already done...lol. Wear marks are about bee's whatname from making it look like a slick. Still hanging on great but not good to look at.

Just now walked in the door...lol...What a great day. Thanks guys. Zoomed down to Henley Beach this arvo for a bit too. Great scenery....LMAO.

Thanks Matt. Another great days riding. Covered some ground, tried out some new roads and did some old favourites.

I took some pics when nature called but didn't stop for pics otherwise, so I slapped a Google Earth Route of roads I rode today together.

Some roads were in company with Matt, some were traveled multiple times and some were by myself.

If you zoom in on the real Google Earth and follow the roads you'll notice that there isn't much straight stuff. Even the straighter looking bits on the pic are bendy:rockon::rockon::rockon:. Not to mention up and downy...lol.:rockon::rockon:

Mike didn't quite make it to work. Blew out that same knee again, just stepped on a bit of a slope in a carpark. Probably should have kept wearing my knee brace a bit longer, but it's too darned hot) and came home again. Wish I could've done it at home. Rode all the way there near enough and then back for nothing in this stinking heat and the traffic.

So I'll probably not be going anywhere tonight. Want to be able to go to work tomorrow. (Mental I know).

As for Mike's dial a riding buddy service...well everybody needs a day off here and there. Probably a good idea not to ride much this week or I'll be riding in for my new tire on Saturday on a slick...lol.
