Does anyone by chance know of any good classes and or books to look into for bike repairs. Been thinking about doing this for a while, plus it will save me a bunch of money by switching to Geico lol. Or not going to a shop.
Not just my bikebut bikes in general. I work on my car which, is a Dodge Intrepid, and my friends Acura RSX. Two COMPLETELY different engines, and to be honest i can take them apart and put them together easily. I'm just facinated with it, and want to learn to work on bikes as a whole weither it be a GSXR1000 or an EX 250.

If you are already mechanical in nature (as stated above) then you just have to get the courage to start taking stuff apart and teach yourself. It is very similar in techniques and operation just on a smaller scale. Also, as people have said download the service manual and do a little research before you start tearing into your motor. Have fun!
