stiffer springs

[H8 PVMT]

I have a 2k7 and the suspension is soft, I've just had the oil changed to a heavier weight and the mechanic said that it's still pretty soft, as are all FZ's. If I wanted a stiffer spring does anyone have any recommendations? I can find a ton on eBay but that doesn't help me much. I can ask the mechanic and I'm sure he would have good advice but I'd like to go into the conversation with some knowledge.

I feel like swapping R6 forks/shocks is a pretty common modification. Check into that!
