I needed a clutch perch for a trip I'm taking this coming Monday and I contacted Scott on Thursday. He was able to ship it expedited to me and I got it on Saturday, plenty of time for my trip!
Thanks a lot Scott and anyone on this forum shouldn't hesitate to deal with him.
Anyone saying the driver should have been able to turn out of the way has shown their ignorance. This happened in Florida, no one there knows how to turn.
If you're going to say the bike should have avoided it that's fine, so long as you aren't absolving the driver. I think there's things...

That turned out to be jammed buttons. I used some wd40 and an alan wrench to free up the buttons and it hasn't happened since.
Will this site take embedded youtube videos? I guess I'll find out. Someone on another forum posted that the suction cup mount was unreliable but I've found that to be wrong and I posted this as a response. I've been playing with different mounting points for a year now and some are better...
I'm a fan of the Dupont Teflon lube as well. I tried some different plant oil stuff this last time and it's a lot thinner. So much so that it was flinging off around the front sprocket and I thought I had an oil leak! It also coats my wheels. Black wheels are on my list for my next bike.
I have a set I got with a VS02 kit about a year ago, still in the plastic. Send me a PM or whatever.
Edit: also if you have a couple stock that are in decent shape I'd consider trading if you're open to that.
The FZ was my first bike and I still have it, but I learned how to ride properly on a Ninja 250 after spending 4 or 5 years poorly riding my FZ6. I think it's hard to get comfortable on it as a new rider because you're always riding it at 2/10ths to keep it legal. The 250 let me rev out a...
I spent a bit trying to get it positioned so it wouldn't hit the fender and I managed to crack the outside case. It's not ruined but I don't think I'm gonna try to put it anywhere else. I've spent too much time on this and I don't really use the horn as it is, if I put on this airhorn I'd...

At 3:30 in this video he gives a good profile shot so you can kinda see those parts close, I'm going to try to get a better shot as well.
Edit: actually looking at your pics, more specifically this one:
You can see the same parts, tho...
To pop it out at this point will be an hour job of taking the front light/cowling off cause of how it bolts into the old horn mount, and I'm trying to avoid it if I can....I had to unbolt the light/cowling, pull the mount out, get the horn screwed in, then dremel off the end threads on the bolt...
I just used my gopro and a light to try to get a good video of it hitting for myself, but I have someone going on in a minute here so I'll have to look later. I tried to take some pictures to show you what I'm talking about, but it's hard to get a pic in the tight place and with **** lighting...
