I bought a Dowco Guardian cover a few years ago and lasted 2 years rain or shine. I then bought a house with a garage.. so it doesn't get much uses anymore (except during winter). It still holds together nicely and also has a lifetime warranty on it :)
Seems like I'm the only one on here with Pirelli Angel's on here.. so here's my review! :)
I can't compare them with PRs as I switched my tires from the original dunlop to pirelli's.
I loved the angel ST. They stick to the asphalt really good and heat up quite fast. The dual compound also...
The group is really security centric and a few will actually ride with you (a week our 2 prior to your exam)in preparation of the exam. See that as a confidence builder :)
That's what I did 3 years ago. Joined them, and I was riding twice during the evening on week days, and pretty much all saturday (all day rides).
I am still with them btw. Great people and very well organized.
Something else that you may not know is, if you join them, you also join the...
Are you from the region as well? if so, you should check http://www.moto-outaouais.org/
They offer organised ride every saturday and offer to pick you up / night or weekend ride with someone else until you pass your exam.
They`re a nice group of people :)

here's some fun with math:
assumption:
car length = 4 meter (13 feet)
tailgating = following the previous car with less then a car's length.
speed traveled : 100 kph (60 mph)
average reaction time: 0.7 sec
100 km/h = 28 m/s
at that speed, it takes roughly 55 meters to stop a car...
If its just delayed.. I feel better!
I though for a sec that I slept through all summer!
Was 24c (30 with humidex) here Monday, -2c the following morning.
Fixed it for you ! :)
By adjusting price, I meant lowering the price because of a higher dollar value not the other way around. Any reason's good to jack up a price!
Cars are a good example of that, MSRP between US and canada doesn't reflect exchange rates even if its been stable for a...
There's more then just the money conversion. We have to pay taxes and taxes on taxes and tire taxes for any vehicule.
At the end of the day though, 6.3k is still too much! Blah
That's too high for an 07. I paid 6k 4 years ago for mine. Somewhere around 4 and 5k would be a more reasonable price for it.
Prices in Canada are a bit higher then the US.
The real difference comes from Quebec having two seperate set of insurance. Liability and physical damage.
Personnal insurance only cover physical damage and the plate covers the liability parts. That would be why our plates are so damn high (560 for an FZ6).
in total, the price range...
