Rev’it Celcius H2O gloves which i’ve purchased one year ago as brand new, from ebay, dissappointed me with its durability.

Although it was slightly used like 2000-3000 km’s without rain, it eventually tore apart from the fabric material in both right and left gloves symetrically .

Do you think think is it a users fault or a fabrication defect ?

the more i hear about revit, the more i think they're not so great.
they add all this new, hi-tech stuff to their gear, but it breaks down.
there's a thread on advrider where people are complaining about how their jackets are breaking down as well, especially the ceramic coating around the elbows.

a couple of things:
is it still under warranty? revit DOES try to stand behind their products.
if you had bought it from the dealership, they could help you raise a fuss to their revit product representative.
are you sure it wasn't an ebay fake?
just contact revit and send them some pics.

if you want leather gloves, i have some spidi race vents that are pretty awesome and durable. i've ridden in the rain many times and they kick butt.

I've bought it form ebay Usa with tags on it, so no warranty. I don't think it's fake rev'it. Because the leather parts of the gloves look still nice to me as original.

But as you said, i sent an inquiry email with photos to Rev'it Usa.
May be i can post the gloves directly to Nederlands for a restoration.

Thanks for the spidi glove advice by the way. I'll take a look.

After i sent a mail to Rev'it USA they were verry interested with the situation and they've sent a mail to Rev'it Nederlands about it.

Then Rev'it NL responded and wanted me to post the gloves for inspection. After they recieved the gloves, they accepted the defect and they offered to change the gloves free of charge with brand new Rev'it Kelvin H2O gloves :)

So here are my new gloves.

I am very happy with Rev'it now. They fit perfect.

Thanks to Rev'it crew; Ludo Marlisa, Will Albertini and Jordan Levitt for their interest.

I had fowarded the link for this thread onto Rev It USA, and here's the reply.

Kenny,

Yeah, the more US riders buy our jackets, the more we can offer! I hope you found a color that worked for you though.

Thanks for the link, it's always nice to see. Also, as an MSF coach we do offer a special discount....

Cheers,
Jordan
