I have seen 249km/h true speed on a dyno which is 154mph but here in Johannesburg we are 5,500ft above sea level which really saps the power. The speedo was showing 275km/h.

I just put PR4s on mine after 10 years of Bridgestone so we will see, so far no surprises when tipping into corners.

I see Bridgestone have replaced the BT-023 with the T30, has anyone used these?

How do I find out about the compound? Tyres are expensive here I don't want to chuck the rear if I don't have to.

So Bridgestone have discontinued the BT-010s that I have had on my bike since replacing the stock Dunlops. What should I get? I do mostly commuting with the occasional long trip so I want a tyre that will give long life while still being able to handle the twisties when I get to them...

I was getting a bit nervous at how the GoPro mounting knob next to the handlebar mount was rotating! I thought we were going to see shots of the camera bouncing across the track. Pretty close dicing there, you held your own, well done!

I just have the Stebel horn and the brake lights in my Givi topbox. Never gets cold enough for all that other stuff here!

I dropped it in the driveway and broke the right footpeg, bent the brake pedal, luckily not much else. Killed the plans for the day though.
