    Rebuilt and installed Preload is on the softest slot 180psi pressure Note: pressure doesnt really affect the stiffness of suspension it is there to prevent cavitation under high and rapid load If you want faster rebound use thinner oil and vice versa Here i used Amsoil medium #10

    Im actually rebuilding another one right now As per oil capacity i dont know exactly how much , around 120ml estimate. Push the dividing piston and leave 1 & 1/2inch space for the nitrogen Do not pump the valve and rod it'll create bubbles

    Cr Not the start button but the starter relay and the starter motor runs weak when heat soaked acts like a dead battery so carbon brush was the culprit.

    I've experienced this on a different bike, it turns out the CKPS when hot is faulty , cooled it down and starts right up and stall when again when hot. hope this helps.
