Why can't they make gear that looks like the uniform and HAS all the necessary clips, pockets and belts to hold accessible gear? Most other police gear is custom, why stop at something so important? Next time I have the chance, I'm going to ask the local moto-cop straight up. :thumbup:

For me, it was a trip to the eye glasses store with my preferred helmet and figure out what glasses fit my helmet instead. I found that a pair with rigid straight bows works best and slide on and off with the helmet on without fail. I settled on the Oakley Jackknife 4.0 frames. Love these!!!

I've not ridden most of those thus my vote is invalid. :D What I can say is the FZ1 came with the Dunlop 221's and while they are NOT a good tire, I was able to run them down to the cords with 12,105 miles on them. The last 2k miles was a handling experience so ANY tire I put on after that...

Thanks Travis! Well, I owned the '05 and '08 FZ6 bikes. I really enjoyed them a lot! Then I traded up to the 2009 FZ1. Wow! What a difference! The riding position is a bit more aggressive but can be changed if needed for little money. The adjustable suspension is one thing I wished for on...

FZ1 FTW! 6 years strong with the Gen II model. You won't find that sort of dependability in a Buell. Ask Hellgate!

This must be an FZ6 thing... I just checked the FZ1 manual only to find I DO have a clutch? WTH?!? Anyone have instructions on using this clutch thingy? ;)
