The bike is fine, just a bit dirty. My right ankle and right knee were twisted a little. The knee feels fine a week later, the ankle is still complaining.

Don't even bother with the FCE, get the ECU flashed and be done with it. The flash adjusts the fuel map, timing, 1 - 3rd gear restrictions, fuel cut, etc. etc. The FCE only addresses fuel cut. Look into flashes aside from Ivan as he has elected to NOT address fueling. If you get his flash...

Is oil running down the fork leg? If not you're good. If it is try the 35mm film trick.
