Bulbs look good, but I will buy a new one to see if that's it. I checked the ground and swapped the fuse with a tested, new fuse and still nothing. The headlights will not come on whether the bike is running or not.

Thanks for the link, but I don't think the 2006 cowling is compatible with my 2007. I tried searching for the 2007 cowling, SKU 4S8-Y283G-60-P1, on the Ron Ayers website, but no luck.

I need the upper cowl/fairing and the right side cover (the small plastic piece slightly below the seat) that will fit a 2007 FZ6. Anyone have one for sale? Or know where I can buy one online?
