Thanks Yasko. Funny thing about that pic is that I was so eager to leave by that stage, it was a 35c day, all mg gear was new and stiff the last thing I wanted to do what have a photo.
So a few weeks later and I'm now an owner of a 2010 street triple.
Its a little different to my FZ6 but I'm getting used to it.
Much like I did for my fz6, I'm doing some simple mods to make the bike look that little bit better.
Thanks heaps for your reception on this forum for the past 2...
So here I am on the verge of buying a new (used) bike and strongly leaning towards a street triple. It's the bike I've always wanted aside from an fz6.
So we'll see what tomorrow brings with this bike I have my heart (and head) set on.
Unfortunately don't have any photos as I had no space on my phone. Still want to get some as the bike is still in the holding yard.
I was travelling in right lane of two in the Melbourne CBD, when a woman in left lane saw a car spot (90deg in middle of road).
She turned into the spot cutting...
Just an update.. Unfortunately I've had a mishap about 6 weeks ago where my bike was written off, but thankfully I walked away only with a fractured toe.
Now begins my search for another FZ6
Work in the CBD myself agf.. Can bring it in if need be sticking out the back of my carrier..

Hi guys,
Having an FZ6 and making the mods was the driver for me creating this app a while back.

Thought I'd share for those bike lovers.

Been a while since I posted.. After having the bike for more than a year, I finally splurged and had installed some Two Brothers exhausts..
WHAT a difference.. People move out of my way on the freeway, my family can hear me coming home. Gives me all that more comfort that people will be more...
Hi everyone,
After customizing my '09 fz6, it's time to clear out the garage and find a new home for these bits and pieces.

I'm another user of the fazr6 FE that reuses the stock signals. I too aren't mechanically minded but managed it.
This Targas one looks alright given you get indicators as well
According to Mikhail from crazy iron, but according to what he's saying, it's considerably cheaper for a single set, but multiples makes it more worthwhile using EMS.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for the option guys. Was getting excited about the prospect of cheaper shipping but that's spot on price I was given with Shipping to Australia.
The bars are around 5kg per set, and so far I can get 2 shipped to Australia for around 200USD (a saving of $50 per set).
Waiting on an...
Hi guys,
After seeing a few people have offs recently, the topic of the best crash protectors has come up, and it's been recommended that Oggy sliders aren't the best for the FZ6 frame.
These crazy iron bars are available for about 170USD, but shipping to Australia is expensive as (as much...
Wondering if anyone has bought one of these?. At 90$, I'm considering it to make maintenance a bit easier. Not sure how well they work though so looking for some feedback.
