I almost push my luck today... I had a chance to fill up but didn't. Anyway, I was at 254 kms before the next gas station which is 114 kms. Before I decided to continue my ride, did a quick math I though approx. 370 kms I should be at the gas station no problem... But halfway to the mountain...
I'm in the process of making one of this at work... How do they feel? Does it improve your riding position? I have short arms so I thought this would help me to ride more on upright position...
I rode mine for the first time after getting it couple of weeks ago. Onetrack was right about the "on/off" feel on the clutch, stalled it couple of times. I practiced on the parking lot for a bit to get the feel of the clutch and rode around town for the rest of the day....sweet bike
I don't have frame sliders yet, but that's the first on my list of mods to do...I just noticed on the pictures that they are not the same length, one is slightly longer? Any reason for these... I have an access to a lathe so I'm thinking of making myself a pair...
I'm thinking of getting one of this convex mirror for my bike... I've had this mirrors in my truck from day one. Never had to do shoulder check but I don't trust them when it's raining at night though...
Just wanna say hi to everybody here ,,,, been checking this forum for a while now I mean a year and finally decided to post since I got my red 07 FZ6 last week. Cant wait for the riding season to start here in BC.
