So I finally rode at night for the first time since converting to the VS1 kit. Are you supposed to use high beam all the time at night? Because the small lower light is completely useless at night. However when I use high beam it's too high and bright for oncoming traffic. Thoughts?

I'm picking up a bike this weekend and all I have is access to a pickup truck. All the examples I see online show strapping points from the top of the bike but i wonder what keeps the tires from sliding out sideways and falling over?? Unfortunately the truck only has rings on the top 4 corners...

I'm planning a 3 day trip (6 return) from Vancouver to northern Cali this June. Am I crazy to do this on a naked FZ6? My other option is to buy something like an older Honda VFR just for the trip and sell it afterwards.

I just converted to naked at the end of last season and now I have a 3 day trip to northern Cali planned for June. I wish I would have waited until after to convert but oh well. Anyhow, are there any aftermarket screens I get for this trip? I'm not about to reattach the fairing. Thanks, n

Re: VS1 install time? (updated, now with a few questions!) Just got my VS1 kit. How much time should I plan for install? I'm new to bikes but I'm fairly competent when it comes to taking things apart and putting them back together.

Will this work? I notice that the comfort seat seems to have a little bit of a duck tail at the back compared to the regular seat. Will this get in the way of the TCP seat cowl?

So my buddies all tell me that my rear signals vibrate/bounce around quite a bit while riding, even on normal roads. Has anyone tried anything to combat this other than going with aftermarket signals?
