hi buddy , all hope is not lost , them pipes do fit together , i thought the same as you when i was fitting my bos gt pipes , it's mean't to be a really snug fit just take a deep breath and try again it will fit , good luck .:rockon::thumbup:

hi matey i come from carrickfergus and ride a 2004 fazer and like a ride out , last one was down the sligo road it's a must it's like a moto gp circuit althought we done it in one day(300) miles was a bit much effin wrecked but what a road . anyway all the best

thank's yes iam aware of the two lock nut's and have tightened it up ,only 8000 on the clock , so thought the bering would be ok , have you heard of the fz having prob's with this ? is it hard too replace the bering or is it a shop job ?
