blipping

Purchased the new carbtuner. Long story short the #4 will not show on the gage. When I blip the throttle I will come up but at idle goes all the way down. Tried to adjust (clockwise) all the way in and no difference even after blipping the throttle. Taking off the air cleaner to check the the...
