liners

I have knuckle-ventilated, warm weather gloves. Could I just buy glove liners and use the liners with my warm-weather gloves to ride in 45-50F weather? Does anyone do this? I'm just trying to avoid buying a whole new set of cold weather gloves. Here's an example of some liners: Olympia C4...
