wd-40

I just did a valve adjustment and set the the throttle vacuum to 8.5 but for some reason I cant get the idle lower than 1440. Ive even screwed the idle adjuster all the way out. Ive checked to make sure I have all the hoses reconnected and Sprayed wd-40 in the engine to see if there was a...
