Great story and as others have pointed out, great, supportive wife.
Mine says she HATES motorcycles, but she has been on the back on the FZ6 a couple of times. I think she might actually enjoy it, but will never admit it!

That is a great story!! I just sent it to my girlfriend, I think that she would probably do the same thing. She grew up with her dad always riding goldwings, and he is about to do the Iron Butt Ride from Key West to Alaska. She was excited when I got my FZ6 last year!

Just an update that I paid for the new fz1 today and got the title and stock parts. So it's officially MINE!
I probably won't pick it up for a few days or next week due to the weather and being out of town all this weekend. Plus the shop is going to check it over for me and make sure everything is ready to go.
But here are some better picture of the new toy!

What an awesome wife you have to be so understanding and supportive of your hobbies. Congratulations on your new bike and hope you enjoy it. I am thinking of moving up to an FZ1 in a few years.
