Arai Cheek Pad Advice Needed

I just bought an Arai Vector in medium and like the helmet. The 30 mm cheek pieces are a little tight and become uncomfortable after an hour or so. It gets to the point where I need to open my mouth for relief.

Will they conform to my face in time? Would you recommend the 25 mm? That would give me 10 mm less thickness between the 2 pads.

Do the pads come in pairs when you order them?

They should bed in over time. When I first got mine it was almost like I was biting the inside of my cheek. But after a few weeks of wear they moulded to my face and it's very comfortable now.

That said, they are easily customisable and everybody's shaped differently, so if it's that tight it might be worth changing them.
