Belgian campaign to get cagers to use their mirrors

In Belgium there is a campaign by the FBMC to get cagers to use their mirrors.

Apparantly you hand out a sticker to be placed on the side mirror. I'm not sure if this will work as if they don't use the mirror in the first place... but on the otherhand if they notice it whilst using it it might be a good thing, what do you guys think?

I think that's a good idea. Though how effective it will be is out in the air.
