Visor down recently published the 10 most dangerous roads for bikes in the UK.

Not a surprise that the cat and fiddle is number 1.

i am, ever since they put the speed cameras up i think people have been avoiding it, or being more cautious.

The nearby a5004 is a nice little road, my favourite is still Snake Pass on the A57 (just watch out for the police helicopter).

I've stopped riding on the roads for leisure now anyway, track riding is much safer and less danger of losing your licence

Living in Nottingham I'm regularly on the roads listed from 5 down to 1.
You always see little bike shaped holes on the stonewall on the hairy corners.

I've been on 1,2,3,5, and 6 and I'm not surprised in the least.
