Continuing cold start saga

Still experiencing cold start stutter, this after being diagnosed by dealer and replaced by me. See "fuel pump issue" post.
Thought everything was back right. It's not. Still acting like a carb engine on cold start. Slow to start, stuttering. Poor throttle response. Works perfectly once warm and at higher rpms.
Performed the TPS diag, was in spec from idle to WOT. However, noticed a tube with a connector on left side, seems like it should go somewhere, actually two of them (only one shows in pic).
Ideas?

Those tubes are to connect a throttle body synch and should be plugged when not connecting a syncher.
