Am i screwed ? Is there a way to save this ? I’ve been riding like this ever since i bought the bike from someone. I think it has gotten lower now. Any suggestions to fix this ? I’m not mechanically inclined to the level where i start drilling so any help would be appreciated. 1st photo is before in may when i got the bike, 2nd is currently.

I'm not exactly sure what part I am looking at, but if it is supposed to be threaded for a bolt, it can be re-threaded. If you are not comfortable with doing it find someone who is and advisably already has the equipment. Any mechanic, cycle or other automotive along with machine shop should be able to and have the tools on hand. Call around get a price.

Thanks for all the response guys!! I’m also wondering, since the engine is gonna have to be dropped what else can i get done in that moment ? spark plugs ? valves?

All that will be much easier to access. Depending on your mileage and your wallet,
how you'll proceed.

Having someone drop your engine likely will not be cheap. And hopefully he's
familiar with the Time-Sert or Heli coil... That, or carry off engine to a machine
shop for the repair..

Is that hole on the left side support arm?
