I'm from Maryland and they still sent me one :thumbup:
It looks pretty good, but I may not use it and buy the very high quality Reflexite SOLAS reflective tape instead.

Ebay has them. West Marine for brick and mortar.
I haven't ordered mine yet so I can't give you a definitive answer.

Search advrider.com for threads on reflective tape. Lots of good info there. Some guy did his whole KTM bike in black reflective tape!
