Front sprocket and nut part numbers?

Does one of you have these to hand (OEM), rather than me trawling the interweb and getting it wrong?! Just had a look at mine and it's almost toothless (I'll post a picture for you to laugh at when it's off)

Really weird, chain and rear sprocket are fine, front sprocket is completely buggered
