FZ6 2006 - Frame crack help!

Hi Guys,
I have recently bought an FZ6 2006 with 64 000 km on it. After some time a crack appeared on the right side of the frame. I have cleaned the paint around it and found that bike was probably crashed and repainted to cover it. I need advice on how to repair it or should I sell it in spare parts or something? Am a new rider, and I don't do wheelies - which would cause crack like this. Please take a look at the pictures attached.

Well, at least the frame didn't separate further.

I gather the other side (left), and around the steering head is not showing any damage?

Now, the backside of the frame in that area has "ribs" and is not solid. As long as the frame stays as it is a competent welder can weld it up.

I would break the bike down to the bare frame so welding can be done to the probably cracked rib(s) as well..

As a side note, a member, many moons ago, removed that half of the frame W/O taking the bike totally apart. He basically supported the center of the bike and removed everything needed to separate the frame halves for repair to the right frame itself.
