By the way, it's a PL360 rack, not PLX360, (will fit 07-09).
PLX racks are for the V35 bags.

The E21 are more narrow and should fit your rack. I have the E21 and love them. Top lid is great too. I'm thinking about getting a set of bigger case for 2 up long trip or 1up camping. Those might be a little too big, I was thinking the next size down... I already have the top case so I don't need that big of side case.

Like Marthy mentioned, the E21's will fit your rack (they won't fit the PLX rack).

Here's some pics of my bike with the E21's and E360's (the E360's are 40L and nearly identical in size to your E41's, for comparison.)

Then you have 2 sets of side case. The E21 are dirt cheap (Givi standard)! I payed $180.00 for the set if I can remember. :rockon:
