OK - I'll give you this one.

What you see is a stepped solid object (which the manufactured shipped us) to fit various blood pressure (BP) cuffs over during patient simulation of BP readings...

Shown in that picture is Neonate BP cuff #3. The Neo #1 starts at 33mm ID. Those are Tiny babies!
