I did find a pair like the sold at Twisted Throttle. I tried them and did not really care for the position. Most people like them. Anyway, I just had not gotten around to putting them back on here for sale. I will sell them shipped for $60. I prefer PayPay.
Please let me know if you are interested. I live in Spokane, WA so it would not take long to get them to you. I ship using USPS Priority mail.
