Heated Grips

Had heated grips fitted when I bought the bike from a well know bike dealer in Bristol first wired to permanent live :Flash: no good ,then when I took it back on heat at all from grips then told by them wrong grips where fitted first time and now want the bike back to fit new oxford grips any one had this happen

Mistakes occur, it's how they are dealt with that really demonstrates the quality of the establishment.
To their credit they have acknowledged that the wrong grips were fitted. I would ask for a good faith gesture X amount off of your next purchase with them. Or an oil and filter change on the house when the grips are being sorted. I would also request a replacement bike whilst the bike is in the shop.
Obviously state how unhappy you are with the original install and you will not be out of pocket due to their error.
Keep it cordial and keep your expectations realistic.
