High idle after using some injector cleaner

So,,, basically, you had a major vacuum leak, causing your one cylinder, lean condition,
(high RPMs as air is flowing into the engine un-restricted).

The WD40 and silicone grease won't hurt anything.

BTW, spraying brake cleaner, carb cleaner, starting fluid, all bout the intake, often WILL help pin point
the "bad area". With the engine running, AND the leak now sucking brake cleaner,
the engine WILL RUN DIFFERENTLY.. Works very, very well..

For others, trying to help, most (at least I), assume vacuum lines, intake boots, etc
are working properly.

Next time i can try spraying carb cleaner first.
My next step will be a cam chain and tensioner change.
