Migrating from S1 to S2, Anything I can't swap over? Anything I should?

Buying a 2008 FZ6 to replace my dearly departed 2004. I know my R6 forks will transfer over, a few other questions:

Is there any difference between the blue spot calipers I have now (from the R6) and the silver spot stockers on the S2? They seem identical to me.

Will my shock swap over without issue? (I'm pretty sure this is a yes, but double-checking)

Anything from the S1 that's actually better than the S2 that I should consider moving over?

R6 forks will swap over, but you will need different adapters for the front fender (or you could probably just use the fender from the S1)
If you did the R6 fork swap on a S1, then you would have also swapped the R6 calipers as well, whIch yes, are the same as the stockers on the S2. Shock should be the same, yes, as is the seat (if you have swapped to an aftermarket one)
