Hello everyone,
So over the past 2 days when starting my bike and riding for the first 5-10 minutes there is a new noise that has come up. Its hard to describe but it sounds like a low whining noise. I know its not the fuel pump because I can hear that sucker clear as day. It sounds to me like it almost might be coming from around the air box area, but with no way to tell just yet. Also the noise is constant no matter what the revs. So its not a moving part . It did just complete a 200 mile ride a week ago. Any ideas what I might be hearing?
Thanks

Based on your description - it could be anything. Other than the fuel pump, I can't think of a single thing that runs at a constant rpm. However, electronic components can oscillate at certain frequencies...usually right before they fail.
