Does anyone have a PDF copy for an 05? I bought one used and would like it. I have the service manual, looking for the owners. I did a search but all the links are old & dead.

Pretty sure you can go right to the Yamaha website for that. The service manual is out there with some webcrawling....

Am I correct that the S2 started in either 06 or 07 and is slightly different than the 05? I could be wrong, still learning my way around the FZ.

2007 started the S2 model. Different dash, swing arm, moved the coolant tank, slightly different exhaust but pretty much else the same..
I'd like you to fund me a six pack and maybe a new brain bucket!
