I was just wondering if anyone has figured out an economical highway peg solution for stretching out a bit on longer rides? I know you can mount foldable pegs on engine guards or crashbars, but that increases the price dramatically. Is there a quick and easy way to bolt on some pegs or mount something up to rest your feet in front for a bit when needed?

Not exactly stretching out, but if its not a busy street/highway, I'll put my feet on my Woodcraft frame sliders for a while for a change in riding position.

Yeah I've read some people do that, I just wouldn't feel comfortable resting my tree-trunk legs on my sliders. Looking for a foot-peg option.

Not resting your legs on your sliders because it's uncomfortable or because you think you would do them harm? Pretty sure you're not going to hurt your sliders that way. :)
