I have a stock 08 seat for sale and its in perfect condition. I also have a Scorpion EXO 700 helmet up for grabs. No damage, used for approx. a year and comes with a brand new liner and extra clear a dark smoked screens. Here's the deal, I bought a new comfort seat and new Scorpion helmet that is sitting across the border (I live in Canada) and my stuff will be in next week. I'll ship out the seat and helmet the same day I pick up my new seat and helmet (riding the bike acroos the border). Lets say $70 for the seat which includes shipping and $50 for the helmet which also includes shipping. PM me if interested and I can send pictures.
