I mean I would assume he is just finishing off an old tire. I have done that to old tires that have reached the end of their time.

Yes, it is ME in the video... And the tire was crap from the day I rode the bike home from the dealer (brand new). I was having some fun before putting the new Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs on.
