Need Help Where do the main switch wires go?

I've seen the circuit diagram and it's different from the colors I met...

The ignition switch (main switch) should have 4 wires. There are 2 heavier gauge wire (red, and brown with a blue tracer) Then there are 2 lighter gauge wires (blue with a black tracer, and white with a blue tracer). These are 2 separate circuits than need to close to operate the bike. They must remain independent of each other. On the main switch the schematic shows 2 separate 2 wire plugs. The schematic shows that the light gauge wire color from the harness that is white with a blue tracer becomes white with a yellow tracer on the main switch pig tail.
The diagram your showing is different from the Yamaha service manual schematic I have.
It looks like you have 3 wires in your hand and you should have 4 wires on 2 separate plugs. The lighter gauge, blue with a black tracer, and white with a blue tracer are not showing.
In the Yamaha color codes for wiring the letter "L" stands for the color blue.
