yup, I replaced the clutch cable twice on mine

rear tires are for accelerating, front tires are for decelerating... sipped accordingly.

replace both sprockets as well... it will be smooth as glass afterwards... you will be happy.

I always have the engine running, wheel turning (on center stand) when lubing my chain... I just don't put my hand in the chain.

Yes, it was peened... and it did keep it from coming off... I don't know why the nut was not tight though. I had no indication of this... but maybe it was the cause of the oil seal failure. it IS tight now though!

I plan on adjusting the valves soon.... the bike runs and sounds fine, but the MPG has gone down from 46 to about 40. hopefully I won't burn a valve by putting it off.. we will see.

other than a stuck caliper, could it be that your foot is riding on the rear brake lever without you knowing it??? Adjust the lever lower if this could be the case.
