I like that Speed Triple, but I've noticed that I do a lot of two up riding, a lot more than I thought. But since I'm not ready to drop large coin on a Goldwing or Electraglide, I think it would be a Honda ST1300.
I would like to thank Paul Hadel from Ron Ayers for responding to my issues. I feel satisfied that Paul has captured and shared my concern with the communication issues. Based on his response I would say that his team is working to make the shopping experience better for their customers. I am...
One last comment, just my two cents.
I manage my department's internal website. A lot of other departments depend on my site for accessing information. I have a great deal of experience in web design, but when I rebuilt our site I still had to hire a consultant to help me with usablilty issues...
First, this is great, I'm glad that someone from your company could come here and address this. At this time, however the order has finally left your location.
The issue with the time, the 7 - 10 days is not what I'm angry about. Maybe that was my fault, I should have done like DefyInertia...
Maybe you haven't been to their newly redesigned site, cuz I didn't see any such graph during the process and I went through it again tonight just to be sure.
And again, since you've never had a problem, maybe you haven't had to contact their customer service... and not have someone respond...
I wouldn't have had a problem with that if they had let me know up front. Though I probably would have cancelled the order and went to a local dealership. The price wasn't as important as getting my parts ASAP.
But most imortantly, no one had bothered to contact me after I left messages and...
I've been following the issues people have been having with customer service from Top Saddlery. Because of their problems, I won't be ordering a seat from them, even though they have the one I want.
In the same vein, I am having problems with Ron Ayers. I ordered parts over a week ago...
I also bought the Power 2 CT's from Jake Wilson. Great price, came quickly. I had no problems with Jake Wilson.
I have put over 5000 miles on these tires and there is considerable wear. While there is plenty of tread left, I am near the wear indicators on the edges of some of the center...
I haven't heard anything that's really bothered me, but I do have funny story.
Two kids - i dunno 16 or 17 - were sitting a light in a Camry when I pulled up. The passenger looked over and said, "Nice bike, what cc is it?" When I replied 600, I couldn't help but notice the glaze settling over...
Word of caution about the Blue Ridge Pkwy, the speed limit is 45 and it's heavily patroled, you can't go 10 miles without seeing a bike pulled over. Usually more that one. But it is a beautiful ride.
If have a chance, pick 109 off 441 north of Clayton GA. It is a twistie path to Sky Valley. It...
It doesn't work then, at least not after the BD43 mod. Got stuck in a backup for 1.5 hrs, stalled once and the bike wouldn't start. Need to learn how to pull the plug on that extra headlight when I'm stuck like that.:spank:
Some states are just better than others on insurance rates. I had State Farm in GA and full coverage for my 04 was $336 that's with 5 other vehicles. In NC, the FZ6 was quoted at $848 full, $660 liability only. That was quoting 3 agents.
Had to flip it to Progressive. No one else was close
and therein lies the problem. Most drivers in the US don't honor this. All other issues stem from this lame act. Tailgating, cutting off, passing on right, most all of it is from people trying to get around some jerk trying to set the speed limit for everyone by camping out in the passing...
