I can't say much for your other destinations but as a former buffalo resident I can tell you the bus/ train station isn't very close to the falls. The American side has a nice state park but little else. It's neat because it has bridges allowing you to walk on a few islands in the river----...
I've had the same battery since I bought mine new in 2008. Never used a battery tender. Had to push start it after one winter. You'll be fine if your battery isn't garbage.
Thanks, I am going to miss it when its gone. The seat cowl is a TCP Aerodynamics cowl. The belly pan is a Powerbronze silver mesh pan. They really make the look of the bike in my opinion.

On a side note, someone I know started a fire using gas. They left a trail away from the fire to avoid what happened to you. Long story short, the gas spread out on the wet grass and created a flash fire which resulted in some pretty bad burns.

It was my understanding, at least here in NY, that if you take your test on a 3 wheeled vehicle that you may only drive a 3 wheeled vehicle. Two wheels for the test and you are fine... May be wrong though.
At americade (sorry no photos) there was a guy who had converted his sidecar to fit his wheelchair and he had controls to drive the motorcycle from the sidecar.... kinda wierd seeing it drive without a person on the bike!
